Our growing accounting firm is seeking an experienced, part-time Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in office.
This is not an entry-level bookkeeping position. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked in a public accounting firm, CPA firm, or outsourced accounting environment and is comfortable managing bookkeeping for multiple clients with minimal supervision.
Please note: Candidates selected for consideration will be required to complete a practical, hands-on bookkeeping/accounting skills assessment before an offer is made. The assessment will test real-world competency in reconciliations, account classification, financial statement review, identifying accounting errors, and problem-solving. This is not a personality or aptitude test.
The right candidate should already understand what clean, review-ready books look like and be able to independently identify discrepancies, correct accounting issues, complete reconciliations, and prepare accurate financial records for senior accounting and tax review.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly, hardworking, team-oriented firm. Our office is paperless and technology-driven, and we place a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, accountability, and client service.
This position is in-office only. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
