Rippowam Animal Hospital in Stamford, CT is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist – Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, client interaction, and playing a key role in both patient and client experience.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be an essential part of our client experience, responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Managing a high volume of phone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing communication appropriately
- Accurately documenting client interactions and updating patient records
- Processing payments and balancing daily transactions
- Monitoring hospital email and supporting communication flow
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and organized lobby environment
- Supporting the medical team through clear, efficient communication - we’re all in this together!
We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- High attention to detail with scheduling and documentation
- A reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work some Saturdays
- Experience with Cornerstone a plus
