Preschool & Elementary School Director Opportunity | Miami-Dade County, FL
A well-established educational program is seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead both preschool and elementary operations.
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader who can successfully oversee school operations, staff development, compliance, family engagement, and program growth.
Qualifications:
✔ Florida Director Credential required✔ Bilingual English/Spanish required✔ Experience managing preschool and/or elementary school programs✔ Experience with ELC, VPK, Step Up For Students, and CACFP/Food Program administration✔ Experience with Procare or similar childcare management software✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills✔ Knowledge of Florida licensing and compliance requirements✔ Ability to lead teams, support families, and maintain a positive school culture
