The Robson Companies are actively involved with every phase of each senior living community starting with feasibility, planning, development, and construction to the day-to-day operations and proactive future planning.
Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes
In 2000, the first Robson Senior Living Community, Renaissance, opened in Sun Lakes, Arizona and offered 180 independent living apartment homes. Due to the success of this facility, additional buildings were added to the complex bringing the total number of units to 434. Recently rebranded as Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes, this award-winning community offers independent living, assisted living and memory care with a wealth of amenities and services.
PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY
Under direction of the Life Enrichment Director and Coordinator this position assists with execution of programs for the Robson Senior Living Community. Will lead/conduct group and individual activities and help track participation, set up and clean of events. Duties will include contact with residents. May assist the department with communication materials such as daily announcements and bulletin board postings and any other administrative job duties associated with the Life Enrichment Department. Job duties can include weekends, evenings and holidays. Team Members working in the Senior Living division may directly or indirectly be exposed to infectious diseases and/or biological hazards. Performs other job duties as assigned
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides and promotes an active aging adventure through a variety of experiences which embrace lifestyle choices and engagement throughout our community. Be able to teach and lead a variety of group and individual activity/fitness and events throughout the community. Gather data through participation tracking, resident annual life enrichment assessments, interest assessment and senior fitness test. Dutiesinvolve contact with the resident populations to ensure their experience at the activities/fitness classes/events meets their expectations. Job tasks may include set up/clean up at events or working with vendors to ensure items are delivered/received for successful execution of the event/activity/fitness class etc.
- Assists the director and coordinator with articles for newsletters/calendars and any other materials the Life Enrichment Department may generate such as daily announcements and event flyers. Lead fitness center equipment orientations for residents.
- May act as a chaperone at scheduled activities away from the community
- Attend in services and/or workshops as directed by the Director
- Provide reminders of activities through one on one invites, phone calls and/or distribution of flyers.
- Monitor resident’s activities in the absence of the Director or assistant
- Holiday event decorating
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/COMPUTER/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant work experience and fitness or activity certifications are helpful but not required.
- Obtain or willing to obtain CPR, First Aid Certifications.
- Computer experience in Word, Publisher, and Excel

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
