Relentless Hospitality Collective is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to support pastry operations across multiple concepts. This position functions as a corporate pastry role, overseeing pastry development, procurement, and coordination for restaurant, catering, and culinary production.

R&D and development of new pastry items

Creation and maintenance of pastry menus

Pastry procurement, ordering, and inventory control

Support restaurant pastry and sous chef operations

Coordinate with Operations for product delivery and execution

Assist with production during peak periods

3+ years professional pastry experience

Experience with menu development and production planning

Strong organizational and communication skills

Multi-unit or catering experience preferred
