ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Katy, TX. No experience required — if you have your CDL-A license, we want to hear from you. You'll run consistent Texas lanes with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook. No OTR, no out-of-state runs — Texas only. Home every week, guaranteed.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $72,000 – $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 1,800 – 2,100 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated Texas routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Katy, TX
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- No experience required — all CDL-A holders encouraged to apply
