This is a project-based internship designed to help Unity Meals identify, develop, and implement practical Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support continued organizational growth. During the 120-day assignment, the intern will work closely with leadership and department managers to evaluate business processes, recommend AI-driven improvements, and assist in deploying automation and AI tools across the organization.
The AI Specialist Intern will be expected to:

Conduct an organization-wide assessment of business processes and identify AI and automation opportunities.

Develop a prioritized list of recommended AI initiatives based on potential business impact.

Create and implement AI-powered tools, workflows, or agents that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with department leaders in Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Production, and Logistics.

Document processes, implementation plans, and results.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to employees utilizing newly implemented tools.

Present a final report to leadership summarizing completed projects, measurable results, and recommendations for future AI initiatives.
