About Seesweet
Seesweet operates TikTok Shops focused on visually engaging, giftable consumer products, with an initial emphasis on perfume, women’s fashion and electronic goods. We are looking for a reliable, camera-confident LIVE Host who can present products professionally, engage viewers in real time, and help convert livestream traffic into TikTok Shop sales.
Role Overview
The TikTok Shop LIVE Host will appear on livestreams to showcase Seesweet’s products, explain product features, answer viewer questions, create urgency around promotions, and guide viewers toward purchasing through TikTok Shop Livestream. The host should be comfortable speaking naturally on camera, maintaining high energy during live sessions, and following a structured sales flow while still sounding authentic.
The ideal candidate is dependable, expressive, organized, and able to balance entertainment with clear product selling.
Key Responsibilities
Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions featuring women’s fashion, gift sets, 3C and related lifestyle products.
Present product features clearly, including scent notes, bottle design, packaging, handbag size, material, styling use cases, gifting occasions, promotions, and value points.
Engage with viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering questions, encouraging interaction, and building trust with the audience.
Follow prepared livestream scripts, product talking points, promotional flows, and compliance guidelines provided by Seesweet.
Help create urgency and conversion through countdown bidding, product pinning, bundle explanations, countdowns, restock reminders, and call-to-action language.
Maintain a polished, friendly, and professional on-camera presence appropriate for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products.
Coordinate with the Seesweet team before and after livestreams regarding livestream setup, product training, schedule, performance feedback, and areas for improvement.
Support testing of different hooks, product angles, selling points, and livestream formats to improve sales performance over time.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience hosting TikTok Shop LIVE, live shopping, livestream sales, beauty/fashion content, retail sales, product demos, or social media livestreams.
Strong interest in beauty, electronics, handbags, women’s fashion, gifting sets, or lifestyle products.
Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods and maintaining energy throughout a livestream.
Strong communication skills, quick reaction ability, and confidence interacting with live viewers.
Reliable schedule, punctual attendance, and willingness to host recurring livestream sessions.
Ability to learn product details quickly and present them in a persuasive but natural way.
Professional appearance and presentation style suitable for consumer beauty and fashion products.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate selling, livestream shopping, product pinning, or live commerce is a strong plus.
English and Spanish bilingual fluency preferred
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and livestream performance. Seesweet is open to hourly pay, per-session pay, commission-based bonuses, or a hybrid structure.
Potential compensation structure may include:
Base hourly or per-session rate, plus performance bonus based on livestream sales, orders, or GMV.
Final compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and trial performance.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
