Responsibilities
- Complete property preservation and maintenance work orders
- Perform lawn care, debris removal, cleaning, and general repairs
- Complete lock changes, property securing, and inspections
- Handle minor drywall, paint, plumbing, and repair tasks
- Take clear before, during, and after photos of completed work
- Follow work order instructions and meet deadlines
- Maintain professional communication and quality workmanship
