Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This role supports Front Office leadership by supervising daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and providing training, coaching, and support to front office team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff during assigned shifts
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to front office team members
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform front desk duties, including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and payment processing
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk environment
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Marriott systems a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
