We are a busy breakfast/lunch spot looking for experienced, hard working individuals with knowledge of the breakfast segment and food safety. Must be able to work Fridays, Sat, & Sundays. BREAKFAST LINE COOK - Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares a variety of breakfast meals ,Vegetables and other food items for cooking in ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of product served.
- Knows and complies consistently with our quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. ( Close to open )
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station are including tables, shelf's, refrigeration equipment.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up on all dishes.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments as needed.
- Assist in putting orders away.
- Close the kitchen properly. Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years experience line cook .
Food Handlers Card a must

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
