MedStar Health is looking for a PRN Echocardiograph Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer with demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving skills.
As an Echocardiograph Technologist, you will perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasounds on patients to assure high-quality care and service to patients.

Actively participates in quality assurance program by completing all accrediting body requirements to maintain lab certification. Ensures equipment and supplies are available by coordinating preventive maintenance programs, scheduling emergency service calls, and ordering necessary supplies to maintain an efficient patient schedule.
Performs diagnostic ultrasound studies on patients including M-mode and two-dimensional and stress echocardiograms by following ICAEL guidelines to ensure high-quality diagnostic studies are performed. Prepares preliminary diagnostic reports by compiling relevant measurements and data to provide a summary report for physician review, interpretation, and signature.
This position has a hiring range of : USD $35.68 - USD $64.71 /Hr.
