The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Program Consultant to evaluate, elevate, and reinvent the coffee side of our business. This is a contract engagement for a true coffee professional who can come in, quickly assess where we stand, and help us turn our coffee offering into a genuine strength that sets us apart from competitors.
What You Will Do
- Audit our current coffee program end to end, including beans, equipment, recipes, workflow, and presentation
- Ensure every espresso and coffee drink is prepared consistently and to a high, repeatable standard
- Establish clear drink recipes, dialing-in procedures, and quality-control checks for the team to follow
- Train and coach our staff on proper brewing, milk texturing, and barista technique
- Develop fresh, signature drink ideas that help us stand out from other cafes and bars
- Recommend improvements to sourcing, equipment, and menu that fit our sushi and bar concept
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building or improving a coffee program in a cafe, restaurant, or specialty setting
- Deep knowledge of espresso, brewing methods, and beverage quality standards
- A track record of creating standout drinks and elevating guest experience
- Strong ability to train staff and document repeatable processes
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about great coffee
