Now, we’re growing and we’re looking for Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped service center with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate service appointments with customers and generate estimates based on customer needs. Check in customer vehicles for service and collaborate with technicians to provide timely updates on the status of the vehicle. Take Multi-Point Inspection videos and upload them to X-Time. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships. Transport service customers to and from home/work. Monitor repair orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. Follow up with customers once repairs are completed to confirm expectations were exceeded.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required) Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Required) Minimum of 1 year service experience (Preferred) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills for working with service advisors and customers
