We are looking for motivated, dependable, and career-focused individuals to join our team through our I-CAR supported apprenticeship program. This opportunity is designed for people who want to build a long-term career in collision repair while receiving hands-on training from experienced technicians and earning I-CAR training credits.

What You’ll Learn
- Collision repair fundamentals
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Surface preparation and refinishing support
- Dent and structural repair basics
- Proper tool and equipment usage
- Shop safety procedures and OEM repair standards
- Estimating and repair process workflow
- Team communication and professional shop practices
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with daily repair tasks
- Prepare vehicles and parts for repair and refinishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn proper repair techniques and shop procedures
- Follow safety guidelines and manufacturer standards
- Participate in I-CAR training and complete assigned coursework
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to learn every day
Qualifications
- Strong interest in automotive collision repair
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED preferred
