AFC Urgent Care Boulder County is seeking a Board-Certified Physician (MD/DO) to join our high-performing, locally owned urgent care team. This is a part-time position (2-4 shifts per month) with flexibility to work at any of our Boulder County locations.

Position Overview
This physician will play a key leadership role in our clinics, particularly in occupational medicine and workers’ compensation services, while also providing full-spectrum urgent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality urgent care services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Lead and oversee our Workers’ Compensation program
- Complete DOT physicals (required within 90 days of hire)
- Co-sign M164 forms and collaborate closely with midlevel providers
- Maintain efficiency while delivering an outstanding patient experience
- Contribute positively to team morale and clinic culture
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified
- Required experience in Occupational Medicine or Workers’ Compensation
- Ability to see patients efficiently in a busy urgent care setting
- Strong documentation skills
- Team-oriented, personable, and professional
- Willingness to work at Boulder, Louisville, and Longmont locations as needed
Certifications (Required After Hire)
- DOT Medical Examiner Certification within 90 days
- WC level 1 certified within 90 days- Prefer Level 2 if open to that
Compensation
- $150/hr
- Part-time schedule: 2-4 shifts per month
