As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the dining room is fully equipped.
- Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Providing friendly and attentive service to guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide water/non-alcoholic beverage service including Bottled Water service to guests
o To include beverage refills
- Consistent bussing of tables with proper clearing of plates and glassware, re-setting tables, and maintain cleanliness of tables and floors
- Knowledge of all stations, table numbers, and seat positions
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartender, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets Zenshin’s standards
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless dining experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Hotel policies, no facial hair, no visible tattoos or piercings, natural occurring hair color, and no long hair (for males).
