Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience throughout our warehouse sale. You'll welcome customers, assist with product selection and sizing, maintain an organized sales floor, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of the Blackbough brand.
We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who are energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on swimwear styles, sizing, and fit
- Help customers locate products and answer questions about merchandise
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays throughout the day
- Keep fitting rooms, sales floor, and displays clean and presentable
- Support checkout operations, including processing purchases accurately using the POS system
- Fold, organize, and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Help manage customer flow during busy periods
- Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to achieve daily sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Blackbough Swim brand
Qualifications
- Previous retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-first attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed
- Weekend availability is required
