Remote Associate Psychotherapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) – Private Practice Opportunity
PsyNamic Counseling is seeking a remote Associate Psychotherapist to join our growing group practice based in Solana Beach, California.
We provide client referrals, an EHR with documentation and billing software, administrative support, and the resources you need to build a successful private practice. Once licensed, we will credential you with our insurance carriers.
This position offers a high degree of flexibility. You will set your own schedule for the most part, although some evening availability is expected. You choose the size of your caseload, with a minimum commitment of 8 client sessions per week. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income or those looking to transition into private practice.
New associates typically build their caseload gradually, averaging 2–3 new client referrals per week. You are welcome to grow to a full caseload or maintain a smaller schedule that fits your personal and professional goals.

- Timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Responsive communication with our administrative team.
- Keeping your schedule and calendar up to date.
Weekly group supervision is required on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you provide more than 10 clinical hours per week, an additional supervision unit will be scheduled in accordance with BBS requirements.
Compensation: Associates start at $40 per clinical hour.
