Production Operator

Production Operators are responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and helping maintain an efficient and safe production environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
Support continuous production by maintaining an efficient workflow
Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed to support production
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a company-provided respirator
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while following all established safety procedures
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
