Overview
Rock Law FIrm is a bankruptcy law firm and is seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Enrollment Specialist to help individuals and families take the first step toward financial freedom.
This role serves as the bridge between an initial consultation and becoming an active client. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persuasive without being pushy, and excels at helping people take action during difficult times.
You will work closely with our attorneys and legal team to ensure prospective clients quickly retain the firm, begin making payments, complete required tasks, and move efficiently toward filing their bankruptcy case.
This is not a traditional legal assistant position. We are looking for someone with strong relationship-building and sales skills who can help clients overcome fear, procrastination, and uncertainty.
Responsibilities
New Client Follow-Up
- Contact prospective clients after initial consultations.
- Answer basic questions regarding the retention process.
- Encourage clients to take immediate next steps.
- Maintain regular communication until retention.
Client Enrollment
- Assist clients with signing engagement agreements.
- Help clients make initial payments.
- Explain available payment options.
- Track progress toward the required pre-filing payment.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM/case management software.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone, text, and email.
- Track conversion metrics and retention rates.
- Identify stalled leads and re-engage them.
Client Accountability
- Help clients stay on track with required tasks.
- Encourage prompt submission of documents.
- Identify obstacles preventing retention or filing.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff regarding client status.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service to individuals experiencing financial stress.
- Build trust and confidence with prospective clients.
- Ensure every prospective client feels heard, understood, and supported.
- Answer basic questions regarding the retention process.
- Encourage clients to take immediate next steps.
- Maintain regular communication until retention.
Required Skills
Sales & Relationship Building
- Minimum 2 years of sales, intake, client success, enrollment, financial services, or customer relationship experience.
- Comfortable discussing money and payment arrangements.
- Ability to confidently ask for commitments and next steps.
Communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
