Whether you're entering the workforce for the first time or looking for a new opportunity, we provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll work in a customer-facing environment where you'll build relationships, introduce products and services, assist customers throughout the sales process, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Member
- Work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Introduce products, services, promotions, and available account options
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Build positive relationships through professional customer interactions
- Represent clients with professionalism and integrity
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Apply coaching and feedback from leadership to strengthen customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Contribute ideas and solutions during team meetings while supporting a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the day
- Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a reliable work ethic
- Interest in customer service, sales, marketing, or business development

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
