SERVER ASSISTANT

What You'll Do

Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.

Assist servers in providing outstanding guest experiences.

Deliver food and requested items to guests quickly and accurately.

Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.

Clean, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.

Act as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.

Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas.

Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to servers.

Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Professional, dependable, and punctual.

Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and carry trays safely.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one before employment.
