Pay Rate:
- $36.00–$43.00+ per hour (based on experience)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
- Taunton: 1:00 AM start
- Norton: 12:00 PM start
- Stoughton: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Fall River: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and detailed inspections
- Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Work independently while assisting and mentoring junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- A-Level Diesel Technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
