Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop support for end users.
- Deliver desk-side support during business hours.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for issue resolution
- Support user onboarding, including device setup and account provisioning
- Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000-$68,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
