All Smiles Dental is a private, owner-operated practice in Bismarck. 5.0 Google rating, 890+ reviews, voted Best Dental Clinic six years running. We just expanded from 6 to 12 treatment rooms and we need the right person at the front desk to grow with us.
What you'll do:
- Scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, phones, and front desk operations
- Insurance verification, billing, claims submission, and appeals
- Coordinate patient flow across 12 treatment rooms
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims
- Make every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk in
What you bring:
- Front desk experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding
- Organized, self-directed, dependable
- Can handle a high-volume day without losing the personal touch
- Dentrix and Office 365 experience preferred
