For the Fleet Manager role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience managing commercial vehicle fleets (ideally transportation, trucking, bus, or logistics operations)

Strong organizational and operational skills

Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs

Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records

Experience working with mechanics, vendors, and parts suppliers

Understanding of inspections, DOT/compliance requirements, and vehicle readiness

Ability to manage fleet downtime and prioritize operational efficiency

Experience purchasing/sourcing vehicles or parts is a plus

Strong communication and leadership skills
