EXAMPLE OF DUTIES The Capital Improvement Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall control and coordination of all Judiciary capital improvement projects proposed to and authorized by the Legislature; reviews proposed rental and lease agreements for all Judiciary facilities statewide and activities concerned with the maintenance, repair, alteration and improvement of statewide Judiciary buildings; initiates and monitors the procurement and execution of contracts for all facility leases, alterations and capital improvement projects; and performs other duties as required.
