We’re looking for a caring, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient appointments
- Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
- Take digital impressions, photos, and X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Support front office staff when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and patient-first office culture
Qualifications:
- Experience as an orthodontic or dental assistant preferred (we’re willing to train the right person!)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
