Silverspot Cinema is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Event Sales Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, and execute corporate and social events at our luxury dine-in theaters. Generate new business and build relationships with corporate and social event clients

Manage leads and sales activity through Tripleseat CRM

Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct venue tours

Develop BEOs and coordinate event execution with theater operations teams

Oversee events onsite and ensure exceptional guest experiences

Manage client communications, post-event follow-up, and customer satisfaction

Support invoicing, collections, and monthly sales reporting

Minimum 3 years of event sales experience in hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or entertainment venues

College degree preferred

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience managing events from inquiry through execution

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

CRM experience; Tripleseat experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
