About the Role:
MyShop Technologies, a fast-growing startup providing smart ordering solutions for small businesses, is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Success & Technical Support Representative to join our Miami team.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients are happy, supported, and successful. You’ll provide customer service, onboarding assistance, and day-to-day support to our restaurant and retail clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist new clients with onboarding, system setup, and training.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Guide customers through product features and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused, friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, help desk, or software onboarding.
- Familiarity with POS systems, tablets, printers, payment terminals, and basic networking (Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via phone, email, and screen sharing.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with restaurant technology, online ordering platforms, or payment processing is a plus.
- Customer service or account management experience is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends and closing shifts
