Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers in person to discuss available telecommunications products and services
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering a positive and informative experience
- Guide customers through new account enrollments, service upgrades, and account changes
- Answer questions regarding available services, promotions, and account features
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their lifestyle
- Accurately maintain customer records and daily activity
