Your Mission
As our General Manager, you’ll own the success of your restaurant. You will:
- Lead by example and set the standard for perfect customer service
- Hire, train, coach, and inspire your team to be their best
- Manage schedules, inventory, and cash controls to keep operations smooth and profitable
- Maintain equipment and facilities to brand standards
- Analyze and improve operations to increase sales and reduce costs
- Make tough but fair decisions to protect the business and the team
- Create a positive, high-energy work environment where people love to work and guests love to visit
We’re Looking for Leaders Who:
- Have 2+ years of proven success as a restaurant General Manager
- Possess strong leadership skills and a track record of developing winning teams
- Are decisive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can hold themselves and others accountable with fairness and respect
- Are self-starters who work hard, work smart, and have fun doing it
- Hold a valid driver’s license and can pass a background and DMV check

Projected Total Compensation: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
