Plant Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30-$37/hour (Depending on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently by:
Mechanical Maintenance

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

Rebuilding, replacing, and aligning mechanical components.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Electrical & PLC Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.

Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).

Assisting with PLC programming, modifications, and equipment improvements.

Reading electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.

Supporting instrumentation calibration and control systems.
Operations & Safety
-
Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety standards.

Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
-
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
-
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring equipment issues.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (technical certification or associate degree preferred).

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.

Hands-on knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call when needed.
