Valor Facilities Management is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional janitorial services for office buildings, medical facilities, dental practices, government agencies, and commercial properties throughout Northern California.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and are committed to maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients.
Schedule flexibility may be available based on client needs and employee availability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine commercial cleaning services at client facilities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain flooring surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock paper products, soap, and facility supplies
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and entryways as assigned
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Secure facilities upon completion of assigned work
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Valor Facilities Management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Experience cleaning medical, dental, or office facilities is a plus
- Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
