Looking for professional Roofing superintendents
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
We are looking for full time Superintendents experienced in all things roofing.
Duties :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and schedule roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform small roof repairs when needed
- Post permit and ensure all inspections are passed per municipality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications. Bring material as needed to jobsite.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise through our CRM program.
- Communicate with the homeowner throughout the project for any updates or changes in scope of work.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to maximize profitability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical challenges encountered during roofing projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every job site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, material orders, and change orders.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
