Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their needs and recommend suitable window and door solutions.
- Utilize SketchUp, CAD, and layout design tools to create accurate visualizations and proposals that showcase product options effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlight features such as design integration, and upsell premium options to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist clients with remodeling projects by providing technical advice on construction processes, maintenance requirements, and renovation best practices.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal closing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in product merchandising, sales promotion to optimize store presentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong knowledge of window and door products, including layout design, design, and remodeling processes.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD software, or other technical design tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing in high-end sales environments.
- Construction experience or background in renovation projects enhances your ability to communicate technical details effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and project timelines efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous for broader outreach.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
