Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management to expand our customer base.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to recommend tailored roofing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, fabrication and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, ongoing account management, and follow-up support.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase lead generation and brand awareness in your territory.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales environments, particularly within the roofing or construction industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for client engagement and relationship building.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with roofing products and installation processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote (as sales environment) setting while maintaining high motivation and discipline.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and persistent effort.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
