Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to promote financial literacy and self-development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing expert advice on various financial products and services.
- Practice in the securities industry, including investment strategies and financial product expertise.
- Offer banking services expertise to assist clients in managing their finances.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and financial industry standards.
- Assist in prospecting new clients through community engagement and networking efforts.
- Collaborate with a team of independent Business Managers to grow the business within the community.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of financial markets, products, and compliance requirements.
Experience
- Prior experience practicing in the securities industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences are essential.
- Ambitious, energetic, and coachable individuals who are interested in self-development and community involvement are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $82,500.45 - $94,926.31 per year
