Job Overview
We are seeking a growth oriented dynamic candidate to join our dental office as a treatment coordinator. Important qualities for the candidate will be good communication skills, customer friendly approach and generally positive attitude in a team environment.
This position needs the candidate to be able to do English and Spanish translation in reasonably accurate and patient friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist- respond to patient calls/messages while maintaining reasonably good patient relations and customer service.
- Maintain and coordinate efficient appointment schedule.
- Treatment plan presentation.
- Clinical chairside assisting occasionally. (Training for basic clinical assisting available for suitable candidate if needed
What are the qualities in a suitable candidate/Requirements
- Bilingual : English/Spanish
- Great communication skills, positive attitude.
- Ability to be a team player - Good follower when plan is decided and good at contributing and leading with time.
- A suitable candidate may be someone who either (a) has knowledge and experience in dentistry and wants to train for this position or (b) Has previous knowledge/experience in leadership position and wants to learn about dentistry.
