Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for a diverse clientele
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and rebooking
- Educate clients on skincare products and at-home maintenance routines
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations
- Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Esthetician License required
- Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and waxing services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership enrollment
- Comfortable recommending and selling retail skincare products
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
