Roberic Furniture Group is seeking an experienced, dependable In-Home Furniture Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on power furniture, mechanisms, and structural repairs performed directly in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair furniture in-home, including:
- Power recliners and motion furniture
- Motors, switches, wiring, and electronics
- Wood frame and structural issues
- Padding and support adjustments
- Communicate repair findings clearly to customers
- Complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Document work with photos and job notes using company systems
Requirements
- Previous furniture repair experience required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently in customers’ homes
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation to your service van each day
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Basic tech skills (smartphone, photos, job notes)
