Strataband Solutions, a sales and development firm, is seeking a full-time Customer Success Representative to manage LeafGuard’s customer engagement in Plano. You'll support sales teams, learn how to adapt your approach for different customers, and ensure every conversation is tailored to their needs. The Customer Success Representative will read sales cues, adjust their explanations on the fly, and handle unexpected questions with confidence.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be focused on bringing LeafGuard’s protection solutions to customers. The Customer Success Representative will learn effective sales techniques that emphasize convenience and durability. Your role involves supporting sales performance to ensure every sales interaction meets high standards of professionalism.
Core Functions of the Customer Success Representative:
- Optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and close more LeafGuard deals in less time.
- Conduct sales presentations that highlight LeafGuard’s unique features and compelling value proposition.
- Implement a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, ensuring no potential sales opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies, keeping LeafGuard ahead in the gutter protection market.
- Collaborate with team members by setting clear objectives needed to meet sales goals.
- Leverage customer success stories to build trust and credibility, using real examples of how LeafGuard has solved gutter problems for customers in the community.
