We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient in our Family Practice and Urgent Care clinics. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, I&D's etc
- Utilize EHR system (electronic health record) (eClinicalWorks) for accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Provide telehealth consultations where applicable to expand access to care and support patients remotely.
- Coordinate with Primary Care providers across our three locations to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in your practicing state.
- Proven experience in clinical settings such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, or outpatient clinics.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation.
- Ability to perform procedures including suturing, phlebotomy, and aseptic technique.
- Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10), and utilization review processes.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
