Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models

Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business

Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers

Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus!)-
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
