Job Summary
Flight Path Creative is seeking a motivated Business Development and Sales Representative to help drive new client growth for our agency. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating new business for our marketing, branding, and digital services.
The role is responsible for prospecting, outreach, and scheduling meetings with qualified prospects. This person will work closely with the leadership team to develop opportunities that lead to proposals and new client relationships.
This position includes a base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries
- Build prospect lists and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Flight Path Creative
- Schedule introductory meetings for senior leadership and account directors
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture new relationships
- Support proposal development and opportunity tracking
- Maintain CRM records and document outreach activity
- Assist in developing targeted outreach strategies and industry lists
- Represent Flight Path Creative professionally in all communications
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional phone and video meeting presence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

This role is focused on driving new business opportunities. Success will be measured by consistent outreach activity, qualified meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated for the agency.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
