We are seeking a responsible, dedicated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. As a key member of our service-oriented organization, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Multiple locations and positions available.
Schedule:
- Day/ Evening Shifts: $7.25 per hour plus tips
- On average, attendants have the opportunity to make $25-$30/hour with tips included
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Prioritize customer service in every interaction.
- Open vehicle and building doors, assist with luggage, and fulfill any guest requests.
- Provide assistance with transportation needs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
2. Vehicle Management:
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request.
- Utilize valet parking procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct assessments and document any vehicle damage before taking possession.
3. Parking Operations:
- Safely operate customer vehicles, adhering to all applicable laws and ordinances.
- Park vehicles in designated spaces, recording parking space locations and numbers on valet tickets.
5. Time Management and Punctuality:
- Emphasize the importance of time management.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Prioritize and complete tasks within specified time frames.
6. Adherence to Policies:
- Strictly adhere to company policies, prioritizing the safety and well-being of customers and employees.
- Perform any other duties as specifically assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Physical Abilities:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Function effectively in all weather conditions.
- Capable of running or walking short distances.
2. Operational Skills:
- Safely operate a vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Possess a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
