BeeperMD is seeking experienced and qualified Internal Medicine Resident Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at our Boca Raton clinic location. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals passionate about providing high-quality care to patients of all age groups in a Primary and Urgent Care setting.

We are a growing primary and urgent care group dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care through our Florida-based clinics and telehealth services. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient experiences while supporting the growth and development of our providers in a collaborative, hands-on clinical environment.
Position Overview:
- Location: Boca Raton, FL
- Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and telehealth patient consultations.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in Primary and Urgent Care.
- Prescribe medications and manage follow-ups, including labs, referrals, and orders.
- Perform common urgent care procedures, including but not limited to:
- Suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, joint injections, trigger point injections, splinting
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and clinic team.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols.
Lead by example as a team leader while fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Internal Medicine residency program in FL (Required)
- Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Active MD/DO license in Florida.
- DEA license.
- NPI number.
- CAQH registration
- Current HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare/Medicaid training.
Spanish speaking- preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an Internal Medicine residency program
- Telehealth experience and ability to treat patients of all age groups.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, e-prescription platforms, and tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and Zoom.
