Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction and excavation tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, basic mechanical knowledge, and a great attitude! Responsibilities
- Pipe laying
- Running compacters
- Using laser levels
- Operate vibratory rollers and light heavy equipment on occasion
- Assist in paving small road patches
- Shoveling and raking
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license and own means of transportation to and from jobs
- Experience is a plus but not required, we will train.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including digging and lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction and excavation tasks.
