What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Take orders and make personalized recommendations
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Serve food items and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow recipes, quality standards, and health regulations
- Communicate guest feedback and support team success
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (barista experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to learn customer preferences and provide personalized service
